About the role
Performance management for the team, query management from the onshore counterparts and clients, design training plan for the new joinees and timely review on the process knowledge secured by the new joinees, manage escalations from both internal and external stakeholders, conduct one-on-one meeting sessions with the DR’s (direct reportees) and provide timely feedback, provide process related updates to the team members, active participation on client calls. Knowledge of HRO ( Onboarding /Employee Life Cycle) Should have the experience on reporting Good email etiquettes, good communication skills, stakeholder management and interaction, good presentation skills Seamless provision of services to the business Provision of a quality and responsive service Effective maintenance of master people data Ensure all deliverables are accurate and up to date Ensure relevant and accurate data is recorded to enable reporting to internal and/or external stakeholders Delivery of reports in timely manner
