About the role
- Assist senior technicians in installation, maintenance, and servicing tasks.
- Carry tools, materials, and provide support for field activities.
- Learn and perform basic repair and servicing work under supervision.
- Maintain worksite cleanliness, follow safety guidelines, and support smooth workflow.
- Gain hands-on experience to build technical skills in HVAC systems.
Requirements
- ITI / Technical certification in A/C or Refrigeration (preferred) / Experienced candidates.
- Freshers with interest in HVAC fieldwork may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of A/C tools, equipment, and safety practices.
- Physically fit, willing to work in field/site conditions.
- Eagerness to learn and grow into a skilled technician role.
