The role involves guiding prospective and enrolled students through course selection, enrollment, and academic planning, ensuring a smooth and supportive learning journey.Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students on course offerings, curriculum, and career outcomes across Judiciary Gold and LEAC programs
Handle inbound and outbound counseling calls/meetings to drive enrollments
Address student queries related to course structure, fees, and academic pathways
Follow up with leads and maintain accurate counseling records/CRM updates
Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure a seamless student experience

Requirements:

Prior experience in academic/education counseling is mandatory
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with the legal education/exam-prep space (CLAT, judiciary exams) is a plus
Based in or willing to work out of Bhopal
