About the role
Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with potential learners who have attended our workshops.
- Understand their learning goals, career aspirations, and guide them toward enrolling in programs such as Generative AI, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing and other high-demand fields.
- Address queries related to the program, curriculum, benefits, and career outcomes.
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline and update interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly enrollment targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance customer outreach.
- Provide regular feedback on customer responses and objections to improve sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to engage and build relationships over calls.
- Confidence in explaining program details and handling objections.
- Sales mindset with a customer-first approach.
- Basic understanding of AI, Data, Digital Marketing, and emerging tech trends (preferred but not mandatory).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to achieve success.
- Experience: 1-2 years.
