About the role
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will play a key part in managing day-to-day client operations, candidate coordination, and recruitment tracking. Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Operations: Share candidate profiles with clients, coordinate interview schedules, send invites, and follow up for timely feedback and closures.
- Account and Data Tracking: Maintain accurate dashboards, trackers, MIS reports, and account-related records in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Client and Internal Coordination: Support the Customer Success Manager (CSM) with client updates, report generation, and proactive follow-ups to resolve operational delays.
- AI and Automation: Utilize modern AI and productivity tools to draft communications, summarize account updates, and streamline repetitive operational tasks.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years in client coordination, recruitment operations, business operations, or account support.
- Communication Skills: Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills across multiple stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Excel/Google Sheets and Google Workspace/MS Office.
- Key Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
