About the role
Responsibilities:
- Daily Accounting: Keep daily financial records up to date using Tally software.
- Invoicing and Billing: Send accurate bills to clients (hospitals and labs) and clear up any bill-related issues.
- Tax and Compliance: Calculate and file GST and TDS returns on time without mistakes.
- Payment Collections: Regularly follow up with clients to ensure they pay their outstanding bills on time.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare clear weekly, monthly, and quarterly profit/loss reports and summaries for management.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5 to 7 years.
- Qualification: B. Com (M. Com or MBA Finance is a plus).
- Expert knowledge of Tally and strong MS Excel skills.
- Hands-on experience with the GST portal and TRACES.
- Strong communication skills to follow up with clients and speak with tax auditors.
- Detail-oriented, good with numbers, and strict about meeting tax deadlines.
