About the role

Language requirement – English • Strong analytical skills • 10+ years of team handling experience • Spearhead periodical reviews and calls with stakeholders • Effective management of SLAs & KPIs • Good exposure in to escalation management • Having prior experience in to performance management • Excellent command of English both in written and spoken with customer service orientation • Strong understanding of processes and process improvement • Exposure in managing customer floor walks • Analytical, decision making, problem solving, and people management skills • Results-oriented leader • Good exposure in multiple ERP • Certifications like Six Sigma Green belt • Exposure in handling BCP situations will be preferable • KT / Transition experience will be an added advantage   Qualifications: BACHELOR OF COMMERCE
