About the role
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in accounting, FP&A, or a hybrid role
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, formulas)
- Experience with accounting/ERP systems (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
