Job Title: Accounts ExecutiveLocation: Viman Nagar, PuneExperience: 2–3 YearsQualification: / / Semi-qualified CA (CA Inter / CA Dropout)Key Responsibilities:Day-to-day accounting entries and ledger maintenanceAccounts payable & receivable managementBank and vendor reconciliationsGST & TDS support and complianceInvoice processing and payment follow-upsMIS reporting, documentation, and audit supportAssist in audit fieldwork as per senior instructionsPerform basic audit procedures and verify financial recordsPrepare and organize audit documentationCross-verify financial data and supporting documentsReport findings to supervisors and follow up on feedbackEnsure compliance with firm policies and proceduresHighlight critical issues to reporting manager/partnerSupport knowledge sharing, seminars, and training when requiredSkills Required:Knowledge of accounting principlesExperience in Tally/ERPBasic GST & TDS knowledgeMS Excel proficiencyGood communication and attention to detailPreferred: Immediate joiner or short notice period.
