About the role
As an Accounts and Finance Manager, you'll manage and streamline the financial backbone of our business, ensuring compliance, transparency, and efficiency across all money flows.
Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting - AP/AR, bank reconciliation, and ledger entries.
- Ensure accurate and timely vendor and rider payments.
- Manage GST, TDS, and statutory compliance (PT, PF, ESIC, and tax filings).
- Prepare and review financial statements - P& L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
- Collaborate with operations and product teams to align financial processes with business workflows.
- Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring zero compliance gaps.
- Track receivables and collections, maintaining healthy cash flow.
Requirements:
- Experience: Candidates with experience in last-mile logistics (3PL) / hyperlocal delivery companies preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's or master's in commerce and finance, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Familiarity with compliance and statutory requirements (GST, TDS).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
