About the role
- Recruitment and onboarding of new employees, including job postings, interviews, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records (attendance, payroll, contracts, etc.).
- Design and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
- Address employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Manage performance appraisal systems.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements (EPF, ESI, etc.).
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency.
- Manage office facilities, equipment, and supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and procurement.
- Maintain proper filing systems and document management.
- Organize and oversee events, meetings, and conferences.
- Handle travel arrangements and logistics for employees.
- Manage company assets, including IT equipment and furniture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., Zoho, BambooHR).
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
