Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Consultant with 1–2 years of Financial Due Diligence (FDD) experience to support buy-side and sell-side transaction engagements. The role involves analyzing financial information, preparing due diligence databooks, performing detailed financial analyses, and assisting engagement teams in delivering high-quality client reports within tight timelines.

         Key Responsibilities:

oSupport buy-side and sell-side Financial Due Diligence engagements.

oPrepare, update, and review FDD databooks and financial schedules.

oPerform financial analyses including QoE, revenue, EBITDA, working capital, and cash flow.

oAnalyze financial statements, general ledger, and trial balance data.

oPrepare trend analyses, customer/vendor concentration, and balance sheet analyses.

Qualifications&Experience:

•       CA / CA Inter / MBA (Finance)

•       1–2 years of experience in Financial Due Diligence, Transaction Advisory.

Technical Skills

·       Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.

·       Basic understanding of Financial Due Diligence methodologies.

·       Knowledge of:

o   Quality of Earnings (QoE)

o   Net Working Capital (NWC)

o   Debt-like items

o   Cash normalization

o   EBITDA adjustments

·       Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Soft Skills

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Excellent attention to detail.
