About the role
We are currently seeking an experienced and goal-oriented Agency Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in team management, excellent communication skills, a strong willingness to learn, adaptability, and a high degree of perseverance. Responsibilities: 1. Lead, manage and monitor the performance of a team of agency partners to deliver volume growth, profitability and customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives. 3. Identify, recruit and onboard new agency partners. 4. Provide ongoing training, coaching and support to agency partners to ensure achievement of business objectives. 5. Establish and maintain strong and productive relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, agency partners, and internal teams. 6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. 7. Conduct regular review meetings and provide feedback to agency partners to enhance productivity and performance. 8. Analyze market trends, competitor behavior, customer insights, and adjust business strategies accordingly. 9. Solve problems and address issues faced by agency partners in a timely and effective manner. 10. Participate in and contribute to the development of the company's strategic plans. Requirements: 1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a total professional experience of 11 years. 2. Proven ability to lead and manage a team. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. A strong willingness to learn and adapt to changing business scenarios. 5. High level of perseverance and resilience. 6. Ability to strategize and solve problems quickly and efficiently. 7. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business objectives. 8. Strong knowledge of the insurance industry and market trends. 9. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 10.
