About the role
We are looking for an experienced agentic AI Developer with strong expertise in Python, generative AI, and agentic AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building, orchestrating, and deploying AI agents and developing scalable, production-ready AI solutions. The candidate should have strong software engineering fundamentals, good knowledge of machine learning and LLM-based applications, and the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
- Build intelligent AI agents capable of reasoning, tool usage, task execution, and workflow orchestration.
- Develop and implement multi-agent and agentic workflows using relevant frameworks and technologies.
- Work hands-on with agent harnessing and orchestration concepts, including tool calling, memory, context management, and agent workflows.
- Develop scalable and production-grade applications using Python and FastAPI.
- Integrate LLMs, APIs, tools, databases, and external services with AI agents.
- Design and implement reliable and scalable AI/ML systems.
- Deploy and manage AI agents and GenAI applications in cloud environments.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to understand requirements and deliver AI-powered solutions.
- Follow software engineering best practices, including clean coding, testing, debugging, version control, and CI/CD.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to technical design and solution discussions.
- Evaluate emerging Agentic AI and GenAI technologies and apply them to relevant business use cases.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of strong hands-on experience in Python development.
- 4+ years of experience in generative AI technologies.
- 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in agentic AI / AI agent development.
- Strong hands-on experience in building and deploying AI agents.
- Strong understanding of agent harnessing, agent orchestration, and agentic workflows.
- Experience with LLMs and LLM-based application development.
- Strong experience with FastAPI and REST API development.
- Good understanding of machine learning concepts.
- Strong software engineering and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in designing and developing scalable systems.
- Exposure to GCP / Google Cloud Platform is preferred.
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
- Exposure to modern AI-assisted coding and developer productivity tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
