About the role
What you'll do- Design and implement agent orchestration systems and multi-agent workflows- Build scalable & reliable agentic systems- Solve infrastructure challenges around execution, concurrency, and error handling- Own problems end-to-end from architecture to production deployment
Requirements
Must have:- 1.5+ years of dedicated hands-on experience building with LLMs and agent frameworks- Production experience with agentic systems (Lyzr, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Google ADK, Claude Agent SDK etc.)- Shipped products or systems that people actually use- High ownership & High agency
Good to have:- Startup or founding experience- Open-source contributions to AI/agent frameworks- ex-YC or native AI organizations
