AGM – Finance & Accounts (F&A)

We are hiring for a large, wellestablished real estate organization with highvalue residential developments and strong financial governance frameworks. The client manages significant cash flows and follows robust compliance and reporting standards. Client identity will be disclosed at a later stage of the hiring process.
The role is responsible for leading finance, accounting, auditing, and taxation functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and strong internal controls across real estate operations.
Reporting To - Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee monthend closing, MIS, variance analysis, and management reporting
- Prepare and review Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow statements under Ind AS
- Supervise daytoday accounting operations and financial controls
- Ensure compliance with Direct & Indirect Taxation (GST, TDS, etc.)
- Manage statutory, tax, internal, and due diligence audits
- Handle interactions with auditors, lenders, and statutory authorities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
- Hire, mentor, and manage finance teams
- Support special projects as assigned by senior leadership
Qualification: CA / MBA – Finance
Key Requirements:
- 12+ years postqualification experience
- Real Estate industry experience mandatory
- Strong expertise in accounting, auditing, and taxation
- Experience managing large teams and senior stakeholders
