AGM-Legal

We are hiring for the role of AGM – Legal for one of our premium clients in the Real Estate sector based in Bangaluru .We are looking for an experienced legal professional with strong expertise in real estate laws, regulatory compliance, contract management, litigation handling, and risk mitigation. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the real estate or infrastructure industry and the ability to work closely with leadership teams on strategic legal matters.

The AGM – Legal will be responsible for ensuring legal compliance across real estate projects, drafting and reviewing contracts, handling litigation matters, and providing legal guidance to safeguard the organization’s interests. The role requires coordination with internal stakeholders, government authorities, and external legal counsels to support smooth business operations.

• Draft, review, and vet legal agreements, contracts, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with applicable real estate laws and regulatory frameworks
• Handle litigation matters and coordinate with external legal counsels
• Provide legal advisory support to internal departments and management
• Manage legal risks related to ongoing and upcoming projects
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and government departments
• Maintain legal records, documentation, and compliance trackers
• Support dispute resolution and negotiation processes
• Monitor changes in legal and regulatory requirements affecting the business

• LLB or equivalent law degree
• Additional certification in Real Estate Law will be preferred
• 12–15 years of experience in Legal roles within Real Estate or Infrastructure industry
• Strong knowledge of RERA regulations, property documentation, and compliance
• Expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and litigation management
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
