AGM – PMO (Billing)

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead the Central PMO – Billing function, responsible for managing end-to-end project billing cycles. This role ensures accurate, timely, and transparent billing aligned with project progress and contractual terms, enabling strong cash flow management and revenue visibility.

1. Contractor Billing & Certification

• Validate contractor RA bills, progressive claims, and measurement sheets
• Ensure alignment with contracts, milestones, and quality benchmarks

2. Customer Billing & Revenue Management

• Drive customer billing in sync with construction milestones
• Ensure timely invoicing and revenue recognition

3. Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain complete billing documentation (RA bills, WOs, approvals, amendments)
• Ensure compliance with contractual, statutory, and audit requirements

4. Governance & MIS Reporting

• Develop dashboards for billing vs progress, ageing, collections, and cashflows
• Support leadership with accurate and timely MIS reports

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with Project, QS, Finance, CRM, Contracts, and Vendors
• Ensure seamless billing operations across departments

6. PMO Setup & Process Excellence

• Define PMO governance framework, KPIs, templates, and reporting cadence
• Implement tools (Excel / Power BI / ERP / SAP)
• Drive process standardization and continuous improvement
• Support SAP activities (SES, PR/PO validation, amendments)

• Billing accuracy & certification turnaround time
• Collection efficiency & billing-milestone alignment
• Documentation accuracy & audit compliance
• Reporting accuracy, ageing reduction, DSO improvement
• Cross-functional dependency closure

Education:

• BE/BTech (Civil / Construction / Architecture) – Preferred
• MBA/PGDM (Finance / Operations / Project Management) – Advantage

Certifications (Good to Have):

PMP / PRINCE2 / Lean / Six Sigma

Experience:

• 12+ years in Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure
• Strong exposure to multi-project/program management or Central PMO
• Experience in billing cycles, cost control, and cash flow forecasting
• Exposure to leadership reporting (MBR/QBR)
