AGM – PMO (Costing)

AGM – PMO (Costing) | Residential Business

We are looking for an experienced professional for the role of AGM – PMO (Costing) to manage and govern cost planning across residential projects. The role involves budgeting, cost forecasting, variance analysis, and ensuring strong financial control over project execution.

• Develop and manage project cost plans and budgets
• Monitor cost-to-complete, cashflows, and financial performance
• Conduct variance analysis and highlight financial risks
• Drive cost control and governance across multiple projects
• Prepare monthly/quarterly cashflow forecasts
• Integrate cost, schedule, and progress reporting (EVM – SPI/CPI)
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants for cost validation
• Support PMO setup, reporting frameworks, and dashboards
• Ensure compliance with financial approvals and audit processes

• BE/BTech in Civil Engineering / Construction / Architecture
• MBA/PGDM (Finance/Operations/Project Management preferred)
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Lean / Six Sigma (preferred)
