About the role
- Own enterprise Voice AI Agents end-to-end, taking them from concept to production and driving continuous optimization.
- Understand customer workflows and translate them into effective conversational journeys, business rules, and AI-agent configurations.
- Write, test, and refine prompts to deliver accurate, natural, contextual, and brand-aligned conversations.
- Analyse test and live calls to identify issues, handle edge cases, and continuously improve agent performance.
- Collaborate with customers, Product, Engineering, AI, and Operations teams to resolve challenges and deliver scalable solutions.
- Track business and operational metrics, communicate performance insights, and convert customer feedback into product improvements.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in AI Implementation, Product Management, Strategy Consulting, or Solutions Engineering ideally in AI-native companies or adjacent domains.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and shape AI agent design & prompt writing
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where you help shape solutions as much as you deliver them.
- (Preferred) Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
