About the RoleWe are looking for a creative, AI-savvy AI-Enabled Promo Producer who can transform simple ideas into scroll-stopping, high-converting video advertisements using generative AI. You will be responsible for conceptualizing promotional campaigns, developing compelling ad scripts, generating AI-powered visuals, and experimenting with creative formats to drive user acquisition and subscriptions. The ideal candidate understands advertising psychology, Indian mass-market audiences, and how to use AI to create impactful promotional content.
Key Responsibilities1. Creative Ideation & Ad Concepts● Develop unique, engaging promotional concepts for Master App's video series and campaigns.● Create attention-grabbing hooks that capture viewers within the first 3 seconds.● Experiment with emotional, aspirational, curiosity-driven, humorous, and problem-solution advertising formats.● Research viral ads, competitor campaigns, and emerging creative trends.● Develop multiple creative angles and variations for each campaign.
2. Ad Scriptwriting & Storytelling● Write engaging Hindi/Hinglish scripts tailored to Indian audiences.● Develop strong hooks, persuasive narratives, and effective calls to action.● Convert product features and content benefits into compelling advertising stories.● Create multiple script variations for A/B testing.● Adapt messaging to different audience segments and campaign objectives.
3. Performance-Driven Creative Thinking● Develop promotional concepts primarily for Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook, andYouTube.● Understand basic advertising metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, and hook rate.● Analyze creative performance and identify opportunities for improvement.● Collaborate with the performance marketing team to develop new ad iterations.● Continuously experiment with new hooks, formats, and messaging.
4. Creative Ownership & Collaboration● Take ownership of promotional concepts from ideation to AI visual generation.● Prepare scripts, storyboards, visual references, and scene breakdowns.● Coordinate with video editors and designers for final ad production.● Ensure promotional creatives align with Master App's brand positioning.● Deliver high-quality creative assets within campaign timelines.
Required Skills● Strong creative thinking and advertising storytelling skills.● Hands-on experience with generative AI image and video tools.● Ability to create compelling hooks and conversion-focused ad concepts.● Strong AI prompting and visual generation abilities.● Good Hindi/Hinglish script writing skills.● Understanding of Tier 2 and Tier 3 Indian audiences.● Awareness of social media advertising trends.● Ability to generate multiple creative variations quickly.● Strong ownership, experimentation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred AI Tools● AI Video: Google Veo, Kling AI, Runway, Hailuo, Pika● AI Images: Midjourney, Flux, ChatGPT Image Generation, Leonardo AI● AI Scripting: ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude● AI Voice: ElevenLabs or similar tools
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)● Previous experience creating Meta Ads or YouTube promotional creatives.● Basic understanding of performance marketing.● Experience with D2C, EdTech, or app-based advertising.● Basic knowledge of video editing tools.
