About the role
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure GenAI and Agentic AI using structured and unstructured data.
- Analyze large datasets in Snowflake and build features for ML pipelines.
- Apply ML, deep learning, NLP, time‑series, and statistical techniques to real‑world use cases.
- Own end‑to‑end ML pipelines: data ingestion, preprocessing, training, tuning, deployment, and monitoring.
- Build and maintain agentic AI systems using LLMs to automate complex workflows.
- Implement MLOps, AI observability, and monitoring for model performance, drift, and reliability.
- Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to integrate AI into workflows.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and stakeholder support throughout project delivery.
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or applied machine learning.
- Strong expertise in Python, ML frameworks, and GenAI/LLMs.
- Hands‑on experience with production ML systems and MLOps.
- Experience working with Snowflake and cloud data platforms will be plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
