About the role
Responsibilities:
- Take C-level business problems from ideation to deployment within a week, measuring and demonstrating tangible impact.
- Build AI agents to automate organizational workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and deploy products, internal tools, customer-facing applications, agent workflows, and automations based on business priorities.
- Conduct experiments with AI models, tools, and workflows to identify effective solutions and validate results through measurable outcomes.
Requirements:
- 2-6 years of relevant experience.
- Graduate or current student from a top engineering or computer science institution in India or abroad; strong builders who have chosen to pursue entrepreneurial or practical projects are also considered.
- AI-first mindset, with daily use of tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, custom agents, and MCPs to improve productivity.
- Strong familiarity with open-source models such as Llama, Mistral, Qwen, DeepSeek, GLM, and Kimi, including their strengths, limitations, cost, latency, and output quality.
- Proven ability to build and ship projects, demonstrated through side projects, open-source contributions, internal tools, or hackathon projects.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, take ownership, and manage multiple responsibilities independently.
- Strong product and technical judgment, with an understanding of good design, user experience, code quality, and prompt engineering.
- Experience developing evaluation frameworks to assess AI solutions before deployment, with a strong understanding of the importance of systematic evaluation in AI product development.
Nice to Have:
- Experience fine-tuning AI models.
- Experience building multi-agent systems that coordinate and orchestrate other agents.
- A public portfolio of technical work, such as GitHub projects, technical blogs, social media posts, or YouTube content.
- Contributions to open-source AI tools and projects.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver significant results and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Experience launching products with paying customers.
- Experience helping startups or teams automate manual processes using autonomous AI agents.
