About the role
We are looking for an AI-first Engineering Lead to build and run a high-output engineering team responsible for customised client development, independent technology projects and workflow automation.
Requirements:
- The expectation is that AI agents, coding copilots, automated testing, AI-assisted code review, documentation generation, debugging and workflow automation become the default way the team operates.
- The person will lead a team of approximately 7-10 engineers and QA resources and will be responsible for delivering approximately 3-5 new customised projects/programs every month, while also supporting existing enterprise applications.
- Use AI to materially increase engineering output, reduce repetitive manual work and create a predictable, high-quality customisation and project-delivery engine.
