About the role
This isn't just another engineering role. As a manager of software engineering at NextDimension, you'll be a key player in shaping our flagship AI platform. You'll dive deep into Large Language Models (LLMs) on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), architecting and deploying intelligent agents that redefine how businesses operate and connect with their customers. Requirements:
- Experienced Software Engineer: You have 4+ years of strong software engineering skills in backend/ML development, with professional, real-world experience building and maintaining complex, data-intensive applications at scale.
- Expert-level Python skills and experience with SQL.
- 1+ years of professional ML engineering experience, building production systems.
- LLM and AI Proficiency: A strong understanding of the LLM lifecycle, including prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and agentic workflows.
- Hands-on experience with tools like LangChain/LangGraph is highly valuable.
- Cloud and DevOps Native: Familiarity and hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and a major cloud platform (GCP is highly preferred). You have experience deploying services in cloud environments.
