About the Role:

We are seeking an experiencedAI/ML Architectto lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise-scaleAI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have recent hands-on experience designing and deploying production-grade AI solutions, with strong expertise inLLMs, RAG, agentic AI, Snowflake Cortex, cloud platforms, and AI architecture. The role involves working closely with enterprise clients and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and governed AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and deliver end-to-endAI/ML and Generative AI solutionsfrom discovery through production.
• Design production-gradeRAG systems, vector search, embedding pipelines, AI agents, copilots, and multi-agent workflows.
• Build solutions usingSnowflake Cortex, Cortex Analyst, Cortex Search, Cortex Agents, and Snowpark ML.
• Design scalable ML and LLM pipelines for training, inference, evaluation, monitoring, and governance.
• Integrate AI solutions withAWS, Azure, or GCP, enterprise applications, APIs, ETL/ELT platforms, and streaming systems.
• Develop reusable AI reference architectures, technical standards, accelerators, and governance frameworks.
• Lead architecture reviews, technical design sessions, code reviews, POCs, and production-readiness assessments.
• Conduct client discovery workshops, solution design, effort estimation, technical presentations, and pre-sales activities.
• Collaborate with data engineers, ML engineers, application teams, architects, and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experiencein Solution Architecture, AI/ML Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Technical Delivery.
• Strong recent hands-on experience building and supportingproduction AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Proven experience withLLMs, RAG, vector databases, embeddings, agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation.
• Strong understanding ofMachine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, MLOps, and LLMOps.
• Hands-on experience withSnowflake Cortex, Cortex Analyst, Cortex Search, Cortex Agents, and Snowpark ML.
• Strong architecture experience with Snowflake and at least one major cloud platform, preferablyAWS or Azure.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs, microservices, SaaS applications, Kafka, and event-driven architectures.
• Strong understanding ofAI security, governance, compliance, observability, and model monitoring.
• Excellent communication, client-facing, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic architecture ownership with hands-on technical execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience withAmazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure ML, or Vertex AI.
• Familiarity withLangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, or MCP.
• Experience with vector databases such asPinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Qdrant, Chroma, or pgvector.
• Experience integrating AI solutions withSalesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, or Microsoft applications.
• RelevantSnowflake, AWS, Azure, or AI/ML certifications.
• Consulting experience, preferably within regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or manufacturing.
