Role Name: AI ML Developer/Lead

Responsibilities:

·  Design, develop, and optimize Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using LLMs, MCP, tool calling, memory, and orchestration frameworks.

·  Build and deploy scalable AI/ML models, ensuring high performance, reliability, and production readiness.

·  Collaborate with data scientists and business teams to prepare, validate, and manage datasets for model training and evaluation.

·  Integrate AI solutions into enterprise applications and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to support business use cases.

·  Drive continuous improvement through model monitoring, performance tuning, experimentation, and adoption of emerging AI technologies and best practices.

Must Have Skills:

Strong knowledge of AI methodologies, including generative models, machine learning (ML), reinforcement learning, and natural language processing (NLP).

Design, implement, and optimize generative AI architectures and models.

Build Agentic AI solutions using LLMs, including tool/function calling, Model Context Protocol (MCP), memory, workflows, and orchestration.

Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to collect, preprocess, and manage large datasets, ensuring data quality and integrity for model training.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments, ensuring seamless deployment and operational efficiency.

Experience with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) to develop and deploy scalable AI solutions, ensuring high availability and performance.

Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end AI/ML engineering, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and optimization for production use cases.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, .NET, or Java, with experience in relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).

Walk-in Drive Locations - Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Pune.

• Experience Range: 4 to 15 years
• Qualifications: Any Technical Degree(BE/B,Tech/M.tech/MCA/BCA/BSC/Diploma/Masters)

 Eligibility:

• 15 years of full-time education.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment
• Relevant experie nce as per the job requirements (if applicable)
