About the role
·Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) tools such as Vertex AI, TensorFlow, AutoML, and BigQuery ML.
·Lead end-to-end AI/ML project lifecycles, from problem definition and data ingestion to model development, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AIML models into production systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.
·Apply advanced data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization techniques to maximize accuracy and efficiency.
·Leverage Google’s suite of tools for data storage, processing, and orchestration, including Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Functions.
·Stay updated on the latest developments in Google AI/ML offerings and best practices, proactively recommending and implementing improvements.
·Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a high-performing AIML team culture.
Required Qualifications·Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years focused on Google Cloud Platform and its AIML ecosystem.
·Expertise in Google AI/ML tools such as Vertex AI, TensorFlow, AutoML, BigQuery ML, and TFX (TensorFlow Extended).
·Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), with experience in Java, Go, or other languages as a plus.
