About the role
We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer with strong experience in machine learning, NLP, deep learning, or related AI technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building intelligent systems, working with large datasets, and developing scalable AI/ML solutions. Exposure to generative AI/LLMs will be considered a good-to-have.
Responsibilities:
- Build, train, and optimize machine learning and AI models.
- Work on data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Develop scalable AI/ML pipelines and workflows.
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Implement and improve NLP, predictive modelling, or deep learning solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize model performance.
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in Python.
- Hands-on experience in machine learning, NLP, or deep learning.
- Experience with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, and NumPy.
- Strong understanding of ML algorithms, statistics, model optimization, and deployment concepts.
- Experience working with APIs, databases, and large-scale data processing.
- Familiarity with SQL and cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Understanding of MLOps concepts and scalable deployment practices.
Good to Have:
- Strong expertise in Python and the AI/ML ecosystem.
- Experience with generative AI, LLMs, RAG, LangChain, vector databases, or AI agents.
- Experience building chatbots or GenAI-powered applications.
- Exposure to fine-tuning, prompt engineering, or LLM orchestration frameworks.
