About the role
We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer (Agentic Systems) who combines strong software engineering fundamentals with hands-on experience using Agentic AI to build and deploy production-ready applications. You will work on backend services using Java and Spring Boot, build user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, and develop AI-powered workflows that automate coding, testing, refactoring, and documentation. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys experimenting with AI tools, building agentic workflows, and delivering reliable software faster through intelligent automation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Java and Spring Boot to support AI agents, planning, and task execution.
- Build user interfaces for AI-powered functionalities using Angular, Ionic, or equivalent frameworks.
- Integrate AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Antigravity, and Codex into daily engineering workflows.
- Build reusable agentic development environments to automate code generation, refactoring, testing, and documentation.
- Develop evaluation and validation frameworks to assess AI-generated code for functionality, security, and performance.
- Explore RAG, context engineering, and state management to improve the accuracy and reliability of AI-generated outputs.
- Optimize AI workflows for scalability, latency, and token costs through prompt optimization and caching.
- Participate in code reviews and follow software engineering best practices.
- Stay updated on Agentic AI, LLM infrastructure, and AI orchestration frameworks.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of software engineering experience, with hands-on exposure to AI-driven systems.
- Strong programming, algorithmic thinking, problem-solving, and system design skills.
- Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs and user interfaces.
- Understanding of SDLC, backend architectures, and multi-agent systems.
- Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Antigravity, Codex, or equivalent platforms.
- Mandatory: Experience building and deploying production-grade applications end-to-end using Agentic AI.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
Good to Have:
- Experience with RAG, LLM APIs, agent orchestration, and context engineering.
- Exposure to open-source AI models and AI inference engines.
- Familiarity with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, or Ionic.
