About the role
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced backend engineer with strong Python expertise and hands-on exposure to Generative AI. You will be responsible for developing APIs, integrating LLMs and agentic workflows, managing data pipelines, and deploying solutions in cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain backend APIs with Python (FastAPI/Django).
- Integrate LLMs and Agentic workflows into backend services.
- Craft and refine prompts for optimal LLM performance.
- Develop and manage data pipelines for AI datasets.
- Deploy and monitor workloads in cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Ensure code quality, testing, and maintainability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/AI or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 6+ years overall, 3+ years in Python backend.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, databases (Postgres/MySQL), and Python frameworks.
- Experience with LLMs and Agentic design (required).
- Knowledge of Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocol and sharepoint integration good to have.
- Familiarity with ML concepts, cloud platforms, and containerization.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skill
