About the role
We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI/ML Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and data analysis. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying ML models and AI-powered solutions that solve real-world problems.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms for various applications.
- Process, clean, and analyze large datasets from diverse sources.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate ML models into products or services.
- Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in AI/ML.
- Develop prototypes and production-ready AI/ML systems.
- Optimize models for performance and scalability in production environments.
- Write clean, maintainable code and documentation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of ML/DL algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, CNNs, RNNs, transformers).
- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, etc.
- Experience with data processing tools such as Pandas, NumPy, or Spark.
- Knowledge of model deployment frameworks (e.g., Flask, FastAPI, TensorFlow Serving, ONNX).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML Ops tools is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Generative AI models.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or publications.
