Position: Air Operations Executive
Job Description
· Daily Operations for Air Freight Export & Import
· Execute full set of AWB/BL / Import/Export Custom Clearance / Invoicing / Verification of vendor costings / Sending pre-alerts to oversee offices/agents etc
· Coordinate bookings of Air cargo with partners & vendors
· Arrangements of cargo collection and deliveries with transporters/hauliers
· Timely response for all enquiries with accuracy
· Communicate and coordinate with each stake holder for efficient execution of shipments
· Any other duties as assigned by management.
· Any other duties as per requirement and assigned
Requirements
· Minimum 3 to 5 to years of working experience handling Air Freight Operations and documentations as a back office staff
· Good communication skills
· Good in Microsoft office applications
Working Hours : Monday to Friday , 8 AM to 5 00 PM and 8 am to 12 PM
On Saturdays
