AM/Manager- Corporate Finance and Transaction Support

Job Title: Assistant Manager/Manager –Corporate Finance & Transaction Support(Infrastructure Sector)

Location: Hyderabad, India

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Corporate Finance professionalto join ourclient’s team, specializing infor the infrastructure sector, particularly focused on agro-logistics. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 -8 years of experience in investment banking, with a strong track record in debt syndication projectsand a deep understanding of the infrastructure and agro-logistics sectors in India. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to manage complex transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis and Modeling:

• Develop detailed financial models and perform valuation analyses to support transaction decisions.
  
• Analyze financial statements and assess the creditworthiness of potential clients.
  

Documentation and Compliance:

• Prepare and review transaction documentation, including term sheets, loan agreements, and regulatory filings.
  
• Ensure all transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements and company policies.
  

Qualifications and Preference :

• CA/MBA-Finance
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on debt syndication and the infrastructure sector.
  
• Strong understanding of the Indian financial market, regulatory environment, and infrastructure industry trends.
  
• Candidate should be proficient in financial modelling, data analysis,preparation of IM, MIS & investor reporting and deal pitch to lenders / investors
  
• Preferably from an infrastructure financing background either in Corporate or Investment Banking firm with some experience in project finance, working capital, (mix of debt & equity will do)
  
• Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
