Ensure employees safety, ZERO TRI/CTRI in Packaging function
Use VPO method to manage Operation, 5S, and Maintenance.
Achieve the target of packaging KPI; strict control of packaging materials Consumption, improve production quality, and reduce customer complaints, timely completion of daily work.
Adhere the Requirement of the Environmental Law and Regulations as per Pollution control board

Main activities:· Environment & Safety (ES): Ensure packaging department to comply with ES laws and regulations· Responsible for completing food safety related work, ensuring that the department meets food safety laws and regulations, participating in QA department communication, paying attention to various quality and food safety risks of the department, formulating action plans and tracking results, and continuous improvement.· Responsible for implementation of GOPs and Toolkit related to packaging and deliver the KPIs· Lead the ITF-GLY of packaging along with all other packaging Engineers and implement the action plan with the support of other Packaging engineers.· Review operation related SOPs as and when required and follow up with Packaging engineers to conduct OWD & Training.· Responsible for publishing weekly/Monthly MIS reports of packaging.· Manage to conduct all trials related to packaging and project execution for Packaging· Lead MCRS in Packaging area to analyze and solve all kinds of issues during production, communicate the action plan with other department which need support, ensure solve problem promptly to achieve excellence efficiency.· Lead and organize PDCA to seek Excellence operation performance, Master VPO tools to fulfill GAP and delivery Quality related KPIs in Packaging.· Participate in improvement activities:1. Optimize packaging process, continuously improving products quality and efficiency, and in cost control.2. In terms of the Plan-Do-Check-Act implementation in the packaging team, support the constantly improvement and the process of the root causes analysis, conduct the problem-solving method-5W and Ab report to ensure the continuous improvement of the problems and form new standards.3. Providing suggestions for important and challenging KPIs to ensure the completion of the KPIs.· Attending all training assigned courses organized by the Company· Participate in setting-up and implementing all work instructions for operations in packaging section· Conduct employees to master and apply the VPO tools and means to ensure department’s KPIs can be controlled within the scope of the budget.
