Job Brief:
Responsibilities:
1.DCS Panel operation and to ensure safe, stable, and efficient production in accordance with standard operating procedures.
2.Monitor critical process parameters, analyze plant performance, and optimize operations to achieve production, energy, and quality targets.
3.Coordinate with maintenance and utility teams for preventive and breakdown maintenance to maximize plant reliability and availability.
4.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations by implementing safe work practices and process safety standards.
5.Investigate operational abnormalities, troubleshoot process issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and production losses.
6.Maintain operating records, shift reports, and process documentation, and ensure effective communication during shift handovers.
7.Capable for plant start-up, shutdown, emergency handling, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
Key Interactions:
Preferred Qualifications: B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from any recognized Govt Institute.
Education and Experience: 4 to 6 year of experience as DCS engineer in Ammonia department
