About the role
Exp- 5 to 10yrs
Location- HYD
·Strong understanding of CMOS fundamentals and transistor-level circuit design.
·Experience in Analog, Mixed-Signal, Memory, or Custom Digital Circuit Design.
- Good knowledge of:
- SRAM/DRAM architectures
- Sense amplifiers
- Data paths
- Timing circuits
- Power optimization techniques
- Hands-on experience with Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, HSPICE, or equivalent EDA tools.
- Knowledge of LVS, DRC, PEX, and post-layout verification.
- Strong debugging and analytical skills
