Core Competencies and Accomplishments:
- 4-7 years of experience in retail merch operations - planning and allocation, merchandising planning, inventory management, sizing, and forecasting.
- Communicating with various levels of management, including planning and buying managers.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making.
- Business planning, allocation planning, buying, merchandising, and inventory control knowledge.
- Experience in Excel coding (macros) and Power BI analytical tools.
