About the role
The D. E. Shaw group seeks a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join its growing Middle Office function in Hyderabad or Gurugram, India. This team supports the lifecycle of the firm's global trading strategies and serves as a key link between the front office and operational teams. This desk-coverage role offers the opportunity to support the firm's trading desks day-to-day, build subject matter expertise across the trade lifecycle, and contribute to process improvements in a collaborative, forward-thinking, and inclusive environment. This position will initially be an individual contributor role, with the potential to assume people management responsibilities in the future based on business needs and the candidate's interest.
