About the role
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications using Android and Flutter.
- Develop applications using Kotlin, Java, and Dart.
- Integrate REST APIs, third-party libraries, and backend services.
- Optimise application performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
- Identify and resolve bugs, technical issues, and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and cross-functional teams.
- Follow coding standards, best practices, and version control processes.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and application deployment to the Play Store and App Store.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in mobile application development.
- Strong hands-on experience in Android Development and Flutter.
- Proficiency in Kotlin, Java, and Dart.
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of mobile application architecture, debugging, and performance optimisation.
- Familiarity with Git and mobile application development tools.
- Experience in publishing and maintaining mobile applications.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with state management solutions such as BLoC, Provider, or Riverpod.
- Knowledge of Firebase, local databases, and push notifications.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Google Play Store and Apple App Store deployment.
- A proactive developer with strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for building reliable, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications.
