About the role

The Reward Associate is responsible for accurately delivering performance, remuneration, recognition and benefits administration for an Australian client in accordance with approved policies, enterprise agreements, modern awards, standard operating procedures and agreed service levels. The role manages employee reward transactions, validates remuneration data, supports annual reward cycles, resolves employee and stakeholder queries, maintains audit-ready records and escalates policy, system or compliance exceptions to the appropriate specialist or client representative.
