About the role

Lead and manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable (P2P) process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and vendor transactions • Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, SOX requirements, and audit standards while maintaining high process accuracy and quality • Manage month-end close activities related to AP, including accruals, GRIR reconciliation, aging review, and reporting of outstanding liabilities • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AP analysts, driving productivity, capability building, and performance management across the tower. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, procurement teams, treasury, and other stakeholders to resolve escalations and improve service delivery. • Monitor and achieve key operational KPIs such as invoice processing turnaround time, payment accuracy, vendor satisfaction, and SLA compliance. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, standardization, and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and optimize costs • Ensure effective governance through regular reporting, stakeholder communication, issue management, and proactive risk mitigation to achieve a zero-escalation environment.
