Minimum Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience in software development. 6+ years of programming experience with Web development with latest tools, Windows .NET framework, PowerShell, and C#, with at least 3 years as a senior software development engineer and/or technical lead with similar roles /responsibilities. 5+ years experience ASP.Net Web API or ASP.Net MVC, Javascript, JSON and REST. 3+ years experience developing customer facing applications. 2+ year experience developing Single Page Applications using AngularJS, KnockoutJS, Durandal, or similar technologies. Proficient in object-oriented design and development using software development best practices. Must adhere to secure coding practices in minimizing security vulnerabilities. Should follow established guidelines and best practices, such as input validation, secure authentication, and proper error handling. Utilizing secure coding frameworks and libraries that can further enhance the application’s security posture. Knowledge of Azure services (e.g. Worker Roles, Web jobs, Service Bus, Table Storage, Blob Storage, and Redis Cache). Experience implementing quality up-front initiatives such as TDD, CI, and automated unit test frameworks. Ability to create Architecture and Data Flow diagrams and produce high level visuals of solution designs. Successful track record delivering high quality products on time while working in Agile Teams and following Agile methodologies. Able to coordinate technical standards within a development team. Ability to strongly influence peers and technical staff within the team. Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. Demonstrated experience with utilizing and leveraging reference architectures across a team based environment a plus. Highly self-motivated and directed.
