About the role
We are looking for an Application Support Engineer with strong Neo4j experience.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and Neo4j-related issues.
- Analyse queries, database performance, and system behaviour.
- Monitor application health and identify recurring issues.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Neo4j.
- Strong understanding of Graph Database concepts.
- Experience with Cypher Query Language.
- Neo4j data modelling and troubleshooting.
- Query optimisation and performance tuning.
- Application/production support experience.
