About the role
We are looking for an Applied AI Engineer to take research through to production. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced fintech environment, where you will build and ship vision and transformer-based models into live systems.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years as an AI engineer, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in computer vision or transformer-based models.
- Has shipped at least one solution from research to production with measurable business impact.
- Hands-on fine-tuning, dataset prep, transfer learning, LoRA/PEFT, and evaluation of fine-tuned checkpoints.
- Multimodal AI expertise, spanning vision, language, and agentic-based solutions for end-to-end task automation.
- Ability to break ambiguous product goals into measurable ML tasks and success metrics.
Preferred / Future-Ready Skills:
- Applied AI across vision, language, and agentic systems, document and ID understanding, text and voice workflows, and multi-step agents.
- Publications, open-source contributions, or paper reimplementations.
