About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Aptitude Trainer who can train students in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills. The candidate should be good at communication and able to explain concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct aptitude training sessions for students.
- Teach quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and data interpretation.
- Prepare and deliver engaging training materials and practice questions.
- Conduct tests, assessments, and mock aptitude exams.
- Track student performance and provide individual feedback.
- Identify students' learning gaps and provide additional support.
- Help students improve their problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Coordinate with the academic/placement team for training activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an aptitude trainer/faculty/trainer.
- Strong knowledge of aptitude and reasoning concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Prior training/teaching experience is an added advantage.
