In this pivotal role, you will manage incoming payments, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure the timely resolution of customer billing inquiries. Responsibilities
- Execute daily accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
- Utilize computer systems and MS Office applications to input data and generate financial reports with high accuracy.
- Monitor and update customer accounts to ensure all records are current and compliant with company standards.
- Analyze discrepancies and apply problem-solving techniques to resolve billing issues promptly.
- Handle customer queries via voice and chat channels, providing clear and professional support.
- Maintain strict attention to detail when managing sensitive financial information and data entries.
