Architect / Senior Architect
Function: Design
Location: Bandra (w), Mumbai
Reporting to: Head – Design / AVP – Design
Experience: Minimum 4–8 years (High-rise Residential Projects)
We are looking for a dynamic Architect / Senior Architect to develop and deliver architectural designs for high-rise residential projects. The role involves design development, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and project requirements
To develop and deliver architectural designs and detailed drawings for high-rise residential buildings while ensuring compliance with building codes, safety standards, sustainability principles, and visual aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, detailed plans, and working drawings using professional design applications.
- Coordinate with internal design stakeholders and compile project specifications for timely approvals.
- Evaluate feasibility aspects with BD / Planning teams for future residential development sites.
- Ensure design adherence considering town planning norms, environmental regulations, and project budgets.
- Work closely with the project execution team to align site construction with approved drawings, codes, and guidelines.
- Collaborate with external consultants—MEP, structure, façade, landscape, and architecture partners—to deliver integrated designs.
- Track development and release of GFC drawings and deliverables for execution readiness.
- Visit sites periodically to review construction alignment with architectural intent and prepare compliance & deviation reports.
- Stay updated with new architectural trends, technologies, façade innovations, and sustainability codes.
- Coordinate with external design agencies for timely release of elevation details, façade drawings, and municipality compliance documents.
- Ensure adherence to established documentation and architectural database standards for all submissions and sanction drawings.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: B.Arch / M.Arch preferred
- Experience: Minimum 4–8 years in design of high-rise residential projects with leading developers/consulting studios.
