About the role
- The Area Business Development Manager – LAP is responsible for driving the Loan Against Property (LAP) and Home Loan (HL) business across 25–35 mapped branches and through direct sourcing channel.
- The role involves achieving business targets, maintaining portfolio quality, leading a team of Business Development Managers and ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction through effective cross-functional coordination.
