About the role
Study and implement the ITB documents / FEED Drawings, Review MTO / BOQ for building works. Review architectural designs/drawings for industrial buildings such as Control rooms, Substations, Admin blocks etc. Ensure designs meet oil & gas industry standards and local building codes. Review drawings & 3D models. Coordinate with internal engineering teams for integrated design solutions. Interface with Client / PMC and execution team Experience in Middle East region's project is must. Lead architectural design activities for assigned project areas Develop and review architectural layouts, plans, elevations, and design deliverables Ensure compliance with client specifications, local regulations, and applicable standards Coordinate with civil, structural, MEP, and other disciplines for design integration Interface with clients, consultants, and vendors for technical discussions and approvals Review architectural drawings, BOQs, and specifications Support construction activities and resolve site queries Ensure adherence to project quality, timelines, and deliverables
